a winter playlist

Hello friends! It is very bitterly cold her in Fayetteville, and walking to class has never felt less exciting. So, I thought maybe I would share what’s helped me get through walking to those 8 am classes in 10 degree weather.

I don’t know about you, but when it’s cold and getting dark at 5 pm, I usually tend to listen to some pretty depressing stuff. Call me crazy. This week has been one of my incredibly sad music weeks for no reason in particular, so I thought I would share with you some of the things I’ve been listening to. I promise I’m not as depressing of a person as this sweet lil heartbreaking playlist makes me seem. Cry on, my friends. For the Spotify link, click here.

That’s all for now folks! Which type of winter music listener are you? Happy? Sad? A little bit of both? Let me know in the comments below. And I love new music suggestions so please fill me in on what you’re listening to! I will gladly give it a listen. And a special shoutout to those of you who already told me what you’ve been listening to on my instagram. You guys rock.

I would also like to add that the Hospice album by The Antlers is my actual favorite album ever and on repeat this month. It tells an incredibly sad story so listen to it from beginning to end to get the full effect. (but I promise you guys I’m a happy person) Okay that’s it, I love you!

With love,
